Because of this instant, digital nature, all purchases are final — we do not offer refunds on any of our premium plans, irrespective of plan duration, regardless of how much of the premium content was actually used.

Why No Refunds?

Unlike a physical product, this access can't be "returned" once granted. Keeping the policy simple this way also helps us keep Premium priced affordably and competitively, without the operational overhead of processing refund requests.

That's also why every core feature has a free version you can try for as long as you like before paying anything — so you can decide with confidence, not guesswork.

Billing Errors

This no-refund policy covers a genuine change of mind or dissatisfaction after purchase — it does not mean we won't fix our own mistakes. If you were charged more than once for the same plan, charged after a failed transaction, or believe there's a genuine error in your billing, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and correct it.

Please include your registered email address and the approximate date of the charge so we can locate your transaction quickly.

Exceptional Circumstances

Our no-refund policy assumes you're able to access what you paid for. If a genuine technical fault on our end — a persistent bug or server issue — prevents you from using the Premium features you're entitled to, that's different from simply changing your mind, and we'll work with you to fix it.

Contact us with details of the issue (what you tried, when, and any error you saw). If we confirm the fault is on our end and it cannot be resolved promptly, we may review a refund request on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
